Ord-East Kimberley Expansion Project A joint venture between Leighton and Indigenous Business Australia has won a $50 million construction contract for the first phase of the Ord River Irrigation Area expansion. The joint venture will develop 19 kilometres of irrigation channel and a 13 kilometre road extension.
